Group Classes
A typical group class is 60-75 minutes long and includes stretching, body weight training (such as push-ups and hand weights), cardio warm-ups and learning boxing techniques. You'll get a thorough workout as you use the heavy bag, speed bag, kick shields, and focus mitts to develop boxing and kickboxing skills. The classes are structured for all fitness levels. The focus is on technique and preparing you for light sparring, if you're interested. We have a custom built 14x14 foot ring and provide the opportunity to try sparring once you're ready, it's not something you have to do, but we think you'll find that you'll want to after a while.
Knockout Boxing A workout that is as tough or as tender as you want it to be! Knockout boasts a 14X14 professional boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bag, double end bag, hand targets, and kick shields. You will be instructed in a superior manner and will be sparring in no time flat.
Knockout KickBoxing Specifically designed to promote a high level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. Training includes such staples as shadow boxing, rope jumping and medicine ball workout.
Knockout Body Blast! (Will return in the September) A workout that is sure to get you on your way to a toned body quick. This class is a total body workout focused on strength training combined with our traditional boxing or kickboxing workout.
